All voice interactions conducted on Soniva are recorded. The owner of the campaign (the "Admin") will have access to:

• The recorded voice files.

• Transcripts of the conversations.

• Summaries generated from the session.

1.2 Model Learning and Enhancement
Soniva may use the recordings to enhance its AI models for better performance and learning.
Note: The primary models Soniva utilizes, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, and other complementary technologies may have access to these recordings under their respective policies. By using Soniva, you agree to these terms.

Soniva’s functionality is powered by external models like OpenAI, Google Gemini, and other complementary technologies. These models may also process the data under their terms of service.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Participation
Participants (users answering campaign questions) are expected to:

• Answer the prompts to the best of their ability.

• Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during the session.

2.2 Inappropriate Behavior
Any form of inappropriate behavior may be reported to the campaign owner and could result in legal action at the discretion of the campaign owner.

2.3 Confidentiality
Users are responsible for keeping Soniva interactions safe and secure. Misuse of the platform for harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Plans and Billing

3.1 Plans and Tiers
Soniva offers both free and paid plans tailored to meet various business needs. Each plan has specific limits on usage and features.

3.2 Payment Responsibility

• Participants (interviewees) are not required to pay for participating in a campaign.

• Campaign owners (admins) are billed based on Soniva’s terms, pricing tiers, and their selected plan.

3.3 No Refund Policy
Once a user purchases a plan in the cycle, the payment is non-refundable. If a user decides to cancel their plan, no refund will be issued. Please ensure that you review the plan carefully before making a purchase.

4. Session Guidelines

4.1 Recording
All sessions are recorded, and this data will be accessible to the campaign owner.

4.2 Session Continuity
At this time, participants cannot pause interviews once they begin. Soniva will make every effort to fully understand user responses by paraphrasing or adapting prompts to align with the campaign's goals.

4.3 Limitations
While Soniva strives for accuracy, as with any AI-based language models, it may make errors or misunderstand certain inputs. Users and campaign owners are encouraged to provide feedback to improve the system.

5. Liability and Disclaimers
